We have just finished our new advanced body kit for our motorcycle powered buggies . The process starts by building the pattern. We stretched fleas over our frame rails to give us the basic shape.
Next we used bondo to get our desired final shape

To the left below I am getting ready to spray the mold release on our pattern for the nose panel.
Above to the right and the two pics below show the final body work. We will still need to do some aluminum paneling on the roof and the front sides. We will then put a front and rear bumper to offset the look and our final product will be the sweetest looking motorcycle powered buggy on the market. Our color scheme will be Yellow body work and wing with a candy blue frame and tasteful flames and of course our bad ass sonic logo.

We are now Building a CORR Super Buggy. We are due to finish the buggy in the spring and race it in the upcoming season. This buggy is Purpose built for the CORR Super buggy series. This beast boasts 20 inches of suspension travel and should weigh in right at the minimum weight limit. The engine is going to be a spec Honda V-tech engine pushing over 200 hp.
